My color palette for Halloween has changed over the years. In the last couple of years I've had a black and white with a bit of turqoise thrown in but way back in 2009...my home was sporting a lot of turqoise and orange. I still love this old turqoise enamel planter with lots of pretty fall colors. It has found a new home on our back porch.
I used this mini shopping cart as a planter and filled it with fall favorites, ornamental kale and orange-reddish flowers. I added a few raffia pumpkins and a spider or two.
Planted in the enamel planter is this pincusion plant..I thought the looked just like tiny, mini pumpkins...don't they? I used some orange glittered stickers to add Spooky to the smooth pebbles.
Has your decorating taste transformed or do you pretty much stay true to your color palette or style?
