Oh Gosh..don't answer that...those of you that know me..know that I am a bit on the cRaZY side...but is this a crazy thing to do....this house is not for sale..but I really like it! I like the beachy cottage look it has going on...
I like the cottage white shingles on the house, the weathered shutters that it looks like has been attacked by the salt air, the old weathered fence that hugs the garden..
the very healthy pink hydrangea{I'd plant pennies in the soil to turn it blue} out in front of the kitchen window, the brick flowerbed with baby tears growing inside... there would be few things I'd change for sure...I'd cut back that over grown bush and put in window boxes in front of the windows, I'd put in a dutch door painted the best shade of robins egg blue, I'd add a brick patio out front with a trellis....Now for the crazy part...would it be crazy to approach the homeowners and see if they would like to sell it? Because if you don't take risks in life well, how will I ever know...if we could ever be a caretaker of this adorable "beachy" cottage?
Cutest house ever! I love your guts!!

You never know until you try....at least they can have your name..............

I would so approach the homeowners. All they can say is no. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. It would be adorable once you get through with your ideas if you did purchase it.

If anyone could do it, you would definitely be that person. Good Luck!!

All they can say is no, not interested. Then you give them your name and number and say if you ever decide to sell please let me know. Why not????
