Caesar Salad Recipe~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 1/2 lbs. of romaine
24 plain croutons
2 garlic cloves
6 TBSP of Olive Oil
2 TBSP of wine vinegar
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
4 TBSP Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 fillets of anchovies, cut in small pieces ( I admit this part, not a fan of anchovies}
1 coddled egg{placed in very hot water for five minutes, I admit this part too}
Directions:
Place garlic cloves, cut in oil and let stand for several hours. Near Serving time drizzle some garlic oil over croutons and toss lightly.
